1. Non-Chrome Passivation Solution

Non-Chrome Passivation (Chrome-free Passivation) is a technology that creates a chemical conversion layer on metal surfaces without using any chromium compounds . This protective layer increases corrosion resistance, reduces white rust, and improves surface quality before machining or painting . The product contains absolutely no hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) or any other form of chromium, fully complying with international environmental standards such as RoHS and REACH.

2. Passivation Of Chrome III (Cr3+)

 PrimeCoat® Z80x Series is a line of chemicals developed using Phosphate/Silane technology to provide high corrosion protection while meeting the trend of environmentally friendly production. PrimeCoat® Z80x is developed to replace passivation systems using Chromium VI (Cr⁶⁺), helping businesses transition to chrome-free technology while maintaining effective surface protection and corrosion resistance in a wide range of industrial applications.

3. Anti-Fingerprint Coating (TOC)

PrimeCoat® Z908 VH is a passivation chemical that, when applied at concentrations above 50%, can function as a thin organic coating (TOC). It is chrome-free, water-based, and developed using phosphate and silane technology. The product is completely free of hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) or any other form of chromium, fully complying with international environmental standards such as RoHS and REACH.

4. Pre-treatment Chemicals

PrimeCoat® A109 is a water-based, chrome-free  metal surface pretreatment chemical  manufactured using advanced nanotechnology. It is an effective alternative to traditional chromate pretreatment systems, specifically developed for aluminum coils and cold-rolled steel. The product can replace traditional non-washing chromate pretreatment systems while still ensuring the necessary corrosion protection and adhesion to metal surfaces.
