Aluminum Pretreatment Product Containing Cr3+ – PRECOAT A34

PreCoat A34 is a trivalent chromium-based conversion coating for aluminum. It creates a thin, clear conversion layer on the aluminum substrate that improves paint adhesion and corrosion resistance. A unique feature of PreCoat A34 is that it also offers passivation properties.

In other words, this passivation layer protects aluminum against corrosion without the need for a coating. Its properties are comparable to Cr6+-based passivation layers, and in some cases, it even surpasses Cr6+ in terms of corrosion protection.

PreCoat A34 provides superior corrosion resistance and strong adhesion to all types of conventional powder coatings and wet paints .

PreCoat A32 is a passivation chemical line for aluminum based on Chromium(III) technology, developed to replace traditional Chromium(VI) systems in a wide range of industrial applications.
